September Updates
Wrapping up a busy September - onto Q4!
What is up friends of Footprint! Hope your fantasy teams are looking strong and you are enjoying the fall weather.
Lots of exciting updates over here at Footprint. We wanted to highlight a couple of our most exciting recent features below. As always, please reach out with any product feedback or requests.
Web Hosted Onboarding Components
Customer adoption of our onboarding components feature has been very exciting to see. Companies understand the benefit of having the ability to decision on frontend risk signals like behavioral biometrics, while maintaining full control of the UX.
This month, we released our stable version of Onboarding Components for web (React), allowing customers to build a fully custom KYC/KYB flow using our components as the foundation.
We now support React, React Native and Flutter.
State Level DMV Checks
Sometimes tamper detection isn’t enough to verify the legitimacy of a driver’s license. Footprint now enables our customers to ping state DMVs in 40 states to confirm that a certain driver’s license was issued and all of the information matches (even down to eye color).
Whether you are renting a car or want to increase your confidence in onboarding a potentially high-value client, we can now provide attestations to the validity of a driver’s license.
Coming soon!
We’ll soon be introducing a streamlined “Get Started” section to guide new users through our platform with actionable steps. This feature helps users quickly set up, test, and review key features, making it easier to understand and get the most out of our product.
We are rolling out our new “In-Person KYC” solution across hundreds of locations. This features allows customers to verify their identity upon arrival at physical locations. This ensures a seamless, secure experience for businesses that require a quick and easy way of verifying their customers at any moment.
